( Back )

Answer #1:

The only other options are far more awful.

There are bad options like negotiation and sanctions, and worse options like war and bombing that end in another Iraq.

Keep in mind, bombing without war and occupation doesn't actually solve anything.

Answer #2:

As opposed to what?
Nuking the entire region with no credible threat from them?
Opening a 3rd front in a war on terror we can't win?

Whether you like it or not, the Iranian Govt is CENTRIST by middle eastern standards - they could EASILY have somethinig far worse in place, like Al Qaeda or the Taliban in charge after we "regime change" then pull out as usual.

Answer #3:

I don't I say you should have kept Saddam in power in Iraq he was the only one that knew how to deal with Iran...

Answer #4:

If they become that dangerous they must be stopped. I just pray they wake up and stop insanely pumping out babies before there is no other choice but to cull them when they are even more dangerous than they are now.

After the Republican Congress cut taxes in 1921, 1924, 1926 and 1928, the economy collapse in 1929. The Republican-led Congress cut taxes in each of those four years during the 1920s. Then in 1929: depression.

1. it did not stimulated the economy, and
2. it did not increased federal government revenue.

What happened in 1929, Why wasn't there a lasting prosperity after the tax cuts?

Answer #7:

There are a lot of governments that behave badly and abuse human rights and Iran is not even the worst. Human right abuses are not a sufficient reason to go to war, we should only go to war to protect out own interest.
