BA* I'd be very careful of that word expert. I was once reminded that "X" is an unknown quantity and Spurt is a "drip under pressure." So X-Spurt is self explanatory.

I do think often .. what if I had weight trained before trying out at UQTR (i was 5'9 and 140 back then) but I have to be thankful for still being able to play the game albeit not at the level I would like (or should be at after all these years)
