It can but depends on the loan or grant. Most "grants" don't but there are some. Some student loans do for when students are living on campus others are flexible again it just depends on the help & type. Some schools now have day cares on site to help working or low income / single parents be able to easier attent class. Financial Aid should be able to answer all those issues. I know our local community college & even the local high schools have day care to help students with kids continue their academics.** Powered by Yahoo Answers
