First of all, I think you're doing too much cardio (running). If you look at people who are constantly running they have a tendency to look weathered and worn. If you really want to burn "unwanted calories" try things like pilaties which help you tone certain areas of the body. PLEASE try to limit yourself from sugar not only because of diabetes (which should be reason enough) but also because if you're trying to burn fat THAT'S the thing that's going to get you. Especially with stomach fat. Hydrating yourself is also pretty important and you may be mistaking hunger for thirst. Before you eat try drinking a glass of water first.Honestly, I also think you need to get rid of the idea that being "incredibly thin" is attractive. Being healthy looking no matter your natural body shape is what's attractive. My best friend is 19 (so am I by the way) and has lost her period too and is doing a lot of things you are and is now very thin, and I'm a healthy 118 pounds and 5'5 and boys actually say to her face that my body is more attractive than hers (I'm not trying to brag this was just is just an example that's personally happened to me). If you're healthy, it will show and it WILL make you more attractive than the unhealthy extremes you're doing now.
It's not a reality at all that teens are unhealthy, but most teens have the ability to turn things around pretty fast and not have to go to extreme measures like you might have to do when you're older. Remember that it's the habits that teens do now that we're most likely going to continue when we're older. Hope I helped and didn't offend you in some way!
