I'm not sure where you live, but here in KC the FAFSA had to be entered by April 1st. You need to apply for your pell grant ASAP if you had wanted to start this fall. My school had a priority date of May 31st to have all Financial Aid in @ the office. You need to first apply for your FAFSA. Then, go to the school of your choice and complete your financial aid file as quickly as possible. I believe what you may filled out incorrectly is your taxes. You still paid a certain amount of taxes into the government, even if you received a full refund at tax time. Make an appointment with financial aid at the school, and consult with an advisor and a counselor. Good Luck!** Powered by Yahoo Answers
