My ex and I continued to share custody of our son after we split up. We made made it to where both of us had 50/50 time with our son. We shared time with our son for 4 yrs. Then outta nowhere he meets some woman and moves over 100 miles away and expected me to drive to meet him back and forth. Then, after he moves his gf decided to tell my son to call her mommy and when i comfronted her about this we got into a huge arguement and i just kept telling her to mind her own business. A few weeks later my ex moves back to our original town and then gets married. Now his wife is pregnant with a boy, already has a girl, and wants my son to complete thier little family. I am a full time college student in which i recieve grants, loans, and work part time cleaning houses. My ex is a fire fighter and his wife does not work.
What I would like to know after hearing my situation is who do you think is going to win this battle when we finally get to final custody?

Declassified Senate Investigation Files Reveal Clandestine Israeli PR Campaign in America

WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Declassified files from a Senate investigation into Israeli-funded covert public relations and lobbying activity in the United States were released by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) on July 23rd, 2010. The subpoenaed documents reveal Israel's clandestine programs for "cultivation of editors," the "stimulation and placement of suitable articles in the major consumer magazines" as well as U.S. reporting about sensitive subjects such as the Dimona nuclear weapons facility.

Documents are now available for download from Click Here include:

Dimona (excerpt): "The nuclear reactor story inspired comment from many sources; editorial writers, columnists, science writers and cartoonists. Most of the press seemed finally to accept the thesis that the reactor was being built for peaceful purposes and not for bombs." Click Here

Content placement and promotion (excerpt): "The Atlantic Monthly in its October issue carried the outstanding Martha Gellhorn piece on the Arab refugees, which made quite an impact around the country. We arranged for the distribution of 10,000 reprints to public opinion molders in all categories… Interested friends are making arrangements with the Atlantic for another reprint of the Gellhorn article to be sent to all 53,000 persons whose names appear in Who's Who in America…Our Committee is now planning articles for the women's magazines for the trade and business publications." Pressure campaigns (excerpt): "It can be said that the press of the nation…has by and large shown sympathy and understanding of Israel's position. There are, of course, exceptions, notably the Scripps-Howard chain where we still need to achieve a 'break-through,' the Pulliam chain (where some progress has been made) and some locally-owned papers." Magazine Committee achievements (excerpt): "We cannot pinpoint all that has already been accomplished by this Committee except to say that it has been responsible for the writing and placement of articles on Israel in some of America's leading magazines...." Click Here

According to Grant F. Smith, director of IRmep, "It is frightening how easily some in the American news media surrendered to a foreign public relations campaign that spent the 2010 equivalent of $36 million over two years. Time has proven most of the planted content to be misleading, if not dangerous. These historical documents hold many important lessons for Americans who have long needed—but rarely received—straight reporting on key Middle East issues."

Question #5:

Fiance wants a "big" breakfast in the morning and I am not a good cook?

I just moved in with my fiance to a small town. I was on the fast track in the larger city I was from and would barely have time for a banana or bowl of cereal before I had to dash out the door to drive to the bus stop to get me to work which would take over an hour to get to my employment. He loves this small town cafe and goes there about every day, sometimes 3 times a day. He is use to going there for breakfast. I have been serving cereal, toast, coffee and orange juice in the morning and on some days eggs and toast. He wants his toast cut like they do in that restaurant which is in half, my eyes are rolling. My other routine was to make a big breakfast on the weekends with my late husband but not every day. Plus, I want to watch what I eat because I can gain weight and granted though I like breakfast too I want to run or walk in the morning and maybe just have a piece of toast and then something later. I haven't found work yet and was thinking of starting my own business. I'm not the greatest cook because I was always working enormous amounts of overtime and on weekends. I could never schedule for a class or hobby because of my overtime through the years let alone cook a lot although I like crockpot cooking when I had the time. The women here are good cooks. It's farm country. I feel guilty because he says cereal isn't enough and that he is hungry by 10:00 am. He said he needs to go to the cafe to make his presence known in the community. He has a high level job. But, I don't see other high level people in the community going there as much as he does. I'm just not use to eating out that much. I was always watching my pennies. Plus, going to the same cafe would get old. The menu never changes and I don't see always healthy food. A lot of the stuff is deep fat fried. The owners are wonderful and I think he views them in some ways as his surrogate parents. I just think that cafe has become some sort of fixation too. I don't want to appear like a bad fiancee if he goes there and eats and that I am not serving him proper meals. I told him he can go there anytime he wants, but he doesn't want to go and eat alone either. I find the whole thing weird and not normal. Maybe I am wrong. I don't know.

Question #7:

Does anyone know where to go for a small business grant?

I have heard there are grants out there for woman entrepreneurs but it is really hard to find places that are legit. So I was wondering if anyone who owns a small business was able to find one.

Question #8:

I recently started a small business. Are there any grants available for small business for start-up costs?

I am interested in learning about legitimate grants for small businesses (or women owned businesses) to help with start-up costs for equipment (computers, fax machine, printer, etc.) and advertising. I have a business plan, Tax ID Number and all of the basics completed, however, I need help with additional funding without having to take out a loan until I gain clients. Any information is appreciated.

Question #9:

Where can I look for small business grants including ones for women looking to start their first business?

In the past I remember hearing about government grants available to women starting their first business or something along that line. I know the economy has tanked, but can you give me an idea of where I can go looking for financial support in my new endeavor?

Israel Pro-Choice laws:

Clauses 312-321 of the 1977 penal code limit the circumstances when an abortion is legal in Israel. Abortions can only be performed in Israel by licenced gynecologists in recognized medical facilities, which is specifically and publicly recognized as a provider of abortions.[1] Abortions must be approved by the termination committee.
[edit]Circumstances under which abortion is legal
The termination committee approves abortions, under sub-section 316a,[1] in the following circumstances:
The woman is younger than seventeen (the legal marriage age in Israel) or older than forty.
The pregnancy was conceived under illegal circumstances (rape, statutory rape etc.), an incestuous relationship, or outside of marriage.
The fetus may have a physical or mental birth defect.
Continued pregnancy may put the woman's life in risk, or damage her physically or mentally.
In practice, most requests for abortion are granted, and leniency is shown especially under the clause for emotional or psychological damage to the pregnant woman. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics report from 2004, 19,500 legal abortions were performed in Israel in 2003, while 200 requests for abortion were denied. Most abortions were authorized because the woman was unmarried (42%), because of illegal circumstances (11%), health risks to the woman (about 20%), age of the woman (11%) and fetal birth defects (about 17%).[2]

Question #12:

When what you do for living comprises your morality what do you do?

What do you when what you do for a living compromises your morality?
I'm an office manager at a recycling center. I joined the industry a year ago.
Like many others in the sagging economy, I was down and out and had just about given up on hope. In many ways recycling saved me.

It's taken me a year to learn that the word recycling, is synonymous with legal dumping for profit. Granted allot of materials (e.g aluminum cans, steel) sold/delivered to recycling centers are disposed of properly, a great deal (electronic waste, sealed units) are not.

The majority of the profit made by electronic waste recyclers is the the profit made off dumping hazardous materials on China. Every time we ship a load of sealed units (e.g.enclosed refrigerator compressors w/ oil) to China I want to throw. What are the Chinese doing with that oil on the other end?

Electronic waste is by far the most hazardous threat to the environment. The precious metals used to create cell phones, circuit boards, microprocessors, are gold mines for recyclers. However, the the equipment, manpower, and specialized high priced labor is expensive.

Better to sell the materials to China so we don't get our hands dirty. Chinese entrepeneurs throw ridicoulsy high numbers out to win the material because the cost to "process" the waste is low and the return is high.

The real problem is most of the materials are properly processed at all. American businesses may spend ($5,000-$10,000) an hour when operating high technological equipment to recycle circuit boards.

it only cost the Chinese businessman 2-5 bucks an hour to have some poverty stricken elderly women to recover preicoius metal. No need for the proper equipment. In she sits there is some God forsaken poverty stricken village, and "Burns" the plastic off of the circuit boards to haphazardly recover the gold.

Then rest of the lead and cadium filled hazardous material is thrown on top of the villages open trash heap. The real irony is e-waste delivered to recycling centers probably does more harm to the environment.Whats does more damage? Hazardous waste dumped in American landfills that are regulated by laws, or the open uncontrolled burning chlorinated of plastics?

Its disgusting to think that kids in these areas have high levels lead in their blood and pregnancies are 7 times more likely to end in miscarriages. What are we really doing? I'm torn I don't know what to do, but I feel like I should try to do something.

Question #13:

Do you think the US govt. should implement a program to stop pregnant women from entering the country?

US Birth Tourism becoming flourishing business

By DEVIN DWYER | Apr 14, 2010

Millions of foreign tourists visit the United States every year, and a growing number return home with a brand new U.S. citizen in tow.

Thousands of legal immigrants, who do not permanently reside in the United States but give birth here, have given their children the gift of citizenship, which the U.S. grants to anyone born on its soil.

The number of U.S. births to non-resident mothers rose 53 percent between 2000 and 2006, according to the most recent data from the National Center for Health Statistics. Total births rose 5 percent in the same period.

Among the foreigners who have given birth here, including international travelers passing through and foreign students studying at U.S. universities, are "birth tourists," women who travel to the United States with the explicit purpose of obtaining citizenship for their child.

Catering to the women is a nascent industry of travel agencies and hotel chains seeking to profit from the business.

The Marmara Manhattan, a Turkish-owned luxury hotel on New York's City Upper East Side, markets birth tourism packages to expectant mothers abroad, luring more than a dozen pregnant guests and their families to the United States to give birth last year alone.

"What we offer is simply a one-bedroom suite accommodation for $7,750, plus taxes, for a month, with airport transfer, baby cradle and a gift set for the mother," Marmara Hotel spokeswoman Alexandra Ballantine said.

The hotel estimates the total cost of the package at $45,000.

Most women stay for two months, Ballantine said, and they make medical arrangements on their own. "Guests arrange and pay for these by themselves," she said of hospital costs that can approach $30,000.

For those with the means to pay, it's a small price to give a child the full benefits of U.S. citizenship, including the ability to travel freely to and from the United States, easy access to a U.S. education and a chance to start a life here.

"We found a company on the Internet and decided to go to Austin [Texas] for our child's birth," Turkish mother Selin Burcuoglu told Istanbul's Hurriyet Daily News. "I don't want [my daughter] to deal with visa issues. American citizenship has so many advantages."

The greatest of those advantages may be the ability of the citizen child to later sponsor the legal immigration of his or her entire family permanently to this country, experts say.

Question #14:

Have i got a case to be 'every so slightly' pi$$ed off?

i work in a office on a small team of 4 people with a supervisor. i'm 22 and not to sound too big headed or arrogant, im the best person on the team and easily have the most potential to go a lot further than what i'm doing.

well about a year and a half ago i was getting very frustrated and bored with my job and i wasn't getting anywhere. Well i decided to go and talk to the manager about how i felt. i said that i'd done everything in my current job, i was getting bored and i wanted to do something a lot more challenging; be it in sales or technical or design, anything like that. I said i didn't mind what i did just as long as i was being challenged on a daily basis.

my manager kind of said ok then, think about specifically where you'd like to head and we'll talk about it when you have your appraisal in a few months time. i did some research into areas within business, looked at specific area i might like to go in and looked at positions within my company with where i'd like to head. i was hoping that when the time came, we'd all talk about some training that i could go on etc etc.

well months passed and no appraisal came. in a couple of meetings with my supervisor about certain other things, she asked me if i'd heard any more from my manager about how i felt and i said i'd heard nothing. basically i got fed up of waiting for anything to happen and so i started looking for other jobs away from where i work. i got interviews for a few of them and also got offered a job for another. well during this time i'd been thinking about other things and decided that i wanted to go to university (which i have successfully been granted a place for this year). i'm still going to be doing my current job and studying at uni part time.

well anyway, there's a person who started on our team about 2 years ago and she is the newest member. a few months ago she applied for a salesperson position within our company but was unsucessful. the funny thing is, the next thing i know, she's been in meetings with my manager and supervisor and soon they are going to send her on some salesperson training!!!!! i won't go into detail but there are so many reasons why she has no potential to move into sales - what she is doing at them moment is the best she can achieve if i'm being brutally honest.

i'm really pi$$ed off that i have had to do things off MY own back and pay MY money to get some training and qualifications (uni) whereas this women applies for one job and then gets all this training aranged for FREE from the company!! another one of my colleagues also applied for a job a while back but she didnt get any training. I am really trying to stay calm at the moment but i think that i'm going to say something soon and we are all going to fall out.

Do you think i have a perfectly good reason to be really quite pi$$ed off at the moment?

And please do take care to note a difference between my social and fiscal (and whatever other categories you can think of) views.

19. Insurance companies and related companies have a right to sell what they have, but in the US they are charging way too much for their low-quality services, and should be affordable.
20. Businesses should always be accountable for what they do.

Question #18:

is america ready to forgive chris brown?.... are u serious?

I ran across this question today... Ok... First and foremost who gives a shi*... Celebrities don't worry one little second about ppls personal issues... Why do ppl do that... Mind ya business that's all just mind ya business... U know.. Ppl need to build bridges ... Rihanna doesn't even give a shit anymore... Jesus she went out with matt kemp.. (( Good god )) .. And here is random juliet on a saturday night at starbucks catching free wifi cuz times are tough.. Just her and her trendy little lap top... Ranting and raving about rich ppls issues... Let it go betty... Rihanna will be fine... Now... Granted .. Home boy made a troll move... Guys... Have u ever had a girlfriend that didn't love to bitch about everything... I can say this.. I'm a chick that for the most part is a cool one to have around but their have been times where I catch myself bitching about shit I forgot existed .. Women love that tension I suppose... Don't say u don't chickadees.. Yes u do.. Again.. Yes u do.. Now its obvious that she didn't hit a door knob in the car but ppl really think she putting on lipgloss and he decked her?... If a regular chick can drive a good man to that insanity what makes ppl think that a beautiful 20 year old millionare princess won't drive a man their.. Get over it.. We like chris brown because he looks good in a wet teeshirt doing the moon walk. Not because he bought a girl roses... Let it go.. He was wrong.. But something happened.. They were drunk and or high.. Shit happens.. Let. It. Go... I forgive him cuz I don't care .. That uppercut did nothing to his dancin.. Swaggerlishis as always.. And I'm not some crazy chris brown fan.. I actually like her more as a singer... But personally I'm objective in the matter and it was nothing but a fight... Now they can go on being rich and betty can go back to her single... Don't u agree???
Wow... Really... Hmm interesting views... No I don't think her bitching justifies his beating her... But I don't think it was all his fault... Let me tell u something.. Women know their men.. We know ur limits... For the most part... We sometimes like to push them... U know that.. Ppl handle their affairs diffrently to some hitting is the rock bottom of awfulness and point of no return to some a turning point.. My husband and I have had a very turbulent relationship.. It got bad.. We push eachothers limits off the grid .. Got tired of acting foolish and grew up.. I'm not saying what he did is right.. It was wrong.. But he is not a monster .. They just had a very intense relationship. That was not the first time the fight got that bad.. Both parties drove it their.. Their is no victim here.. Sure their are women that get beat for no reason.. And those men should be hung by their balls.. But in this case.. Two hot sexy young rich famous barely adults pushed eachothers limit.. he was wron
But one... Why does it need to make headlines... It doesn't change my day one bit.. Who cares.. Two he isn't famous for his ability to handle relationships.. He dances.. Let the man dance.. He sings.. Let the man sing.. And three.. Am I the only one that sees the hood in ry ry.. Cmon now.. U can take the girl out the hood.. But never the hood out the girl..

Question #19:

Do i even have a chance of getting into Bryant University?

Hello,
My name is Brett and i strongly need someones advice who is really good in these type of things. I REALLY like Bryant university in smithfield, RI. I was wondering if i have a chance of getting in and if you think i can, is there any chance of significant scholarships or grants.

I am going to be a senior high school and as you may know, this is the time when college search is very very important. I would like to major in something in business( im not particularly sure of which major). As of right now (summer after junior year ended) i have a 3.15 out of 4.0 gpa. Now i am not sure if my highschool or if anyone rounds highschool gpa OR if they just leave it as 3.15. If it is rounded, i would have a 3.2 out of 4.0.I took the SATs twice. My highest scores are as follows: Reading 470, Math 570 , writing 490, essay 8 out of 12.( i plan on taking the SAT in october. is it even worth it at this point?) I am going to be taking the ACT in september.

according to collegeboard.com, the average SATs of accepted students accepted at Bryant are as followes: Reading 510-590, Math 550-630, writing 510-600. Also when i went on the tour there i believe the woman said the average gpa was a 3.3 out of 4.0 of students comming into the university.( i am going to try my hardest next year, especially the first two terms because that will affect my gpa on my college applications) I also intend on writing a great essay about my grandfather(who passed away almost three years ago) He would always say and write "Be good , Do good". It was his motto and it is now mine and it will always be.( any tips on the essay?) I also plan on scheduling an interview

i would greatly appreciate your help and answers! and thank you so much for putting up with me and reading this long question! thanks again!
