Question #4:
If my ex husand contests my moving the kids to another state from Kansas, how long will that delay may move?
I live in Kansas and my husband got a new job in Alabama My divorce decree states that I have to notify my exhusband in writing 21 days prior to moving my 2 children to another state and provide him with an address. We have "joint custody" but I was granted primary custody and he was ordered to pay me child support and alimony. He did for a while but, due to a suspected drug problem, leading to an unemployment problem, he has failed to do either for the past 2 years. My current husband and I have provided sole support for the kids but the financial strain has forced us into foreclosure-(pre-foreclosure for now but heading that way)-and my husband was able to get a fantastic job that will provide my kids with amazing opportunities to live a happy, full life, but it is in Alabama. It is our only option to save ourselves at this point and my exhusband is too messed up on drugs to get a job and help support the kids. Even so, he is threatening to fight me on moving the kids but, to my knowledge, the courts will allow me to relocate the kids if it is in their best interest. It clearly IS...in every aspect. They love their dad but have seen what he has done to himself and it has been very upsetting for them to watch and they are extremely excited about the move. My question is, how likely is it that a court will NOT allow me to move them? Another question---if my ex DOES contest the move, how long before a determination is made by the courts? My kids and I are anxious to start our new life and my husband leaves in a week to start his new job. The kids and I will stay behind because we have to wait 21 days after notification to actually move. Additionally, I DID propose to my ex that if he didn't fight me on this I would waive his back support and even ask the court to lower his support order until he could get back on track, as well as suggested he and I work out a bi-monthly visitation schedule and I offered to pay for the transportation expenses. He refused. So, now I'm stuck wondering what to expect if he wants to make this ugly. Any advise would be appreciated!!Thank you for the advise. To the disgruntled, non-custodial person who suggested I must be "blonde"...no. My husband is also a non-custodial parent who, incidentally, pays out the a** in child support and alimony to his ex and 2 kids from his previous marriage and they all treat him like dirt. He doesn't complain, though, because he knows its the right thing to do. In addition to having half of his income withheld for THEM, he breaks his back providing for myself, my 2 kids from my former marriage, and for the child we have together. Unfortunately his job (EMS helicopter pilot) doesn't pay as well in the civilian world as it did in his 3 tours to Iraq and he happened to have impressive enough credentials to be offered a job that doubles his EMS job and is not military. But it IS in another state. My kids' dad has done nothing to contribute to their well-being. Money is only one motivation but, more urgent, getting my kids away from their drug-addicted train-wreck of a dad.Thanks.
Question #5:
Why Won't the Port Authority allow St, Nicholas Church to rebuild it's temple AT GROUND ZERO?
None years after after the terrorist attack on the WORLD TRADE CENTER destroyed the tiny ST. Nicholas Orthodox Church, causing the loss of some valuable and historically significant religious relics, the PORT AUTHORITY still refuses to allow the church to rebuild on it's original sight, where it stood for many years BEFORE the towers were erected. Why is this a non-story on the news? Why aren't more people up in arms about this? Here is a tiny church, whose priest was among the first render aid and comfort to the victims of 9-11, simply wanting to restore what was lost on that terrible day. They were granted a buidling permit, only to have it revoked with no reason given. Forget about an Islamic Center four blocks away, PROTEST THE REFUSAL TO REBUILD A CHRISTIAN CENTER ON THE SIGHT OF GROUND ZERO!!!ONE SOURCE: Click Here

Question #10:
Influence of islam on the west?
Islam’s war against the infidels is not going to be defeated by guns or bombs. Force is merely the final solution to settling conflicts, but Islam’s violence is for now only the tip of the iceberg of a much larger campaign to make the world into an Islamic domain. While we fight with police actions and holding elections, the Islamists are seizing control of weak governments by force or by means of democratic elections… They are conquering African nations and staging civil wars in pacific ones too! They are importing millions of Muslims to Europe and America as Europe’s ‘Palestinians’ for a coming European Intifada. They are rewriting history to claim that the Arab explorers originally discovered America and Australia giving them claim to the land. They are aggressively evangelizing hundreds of thousands a year to Islam through misleading claims.
What we believe is a war is merely a minor skirmish in a global conquest! While we spend billions of dollars and thousands of lives to stabilize a single Muslim country, dozens of non-Muslim countries are being destabilized day by day. The true battle against Islam is not a military one; it is a cultural one. For Islam, it is a religious conflict for a global empire, intent on transforming every aspects of life into one defined by Islam (Islamic Shariah).
For us, it is about preserving our way of life.
The cartoon controversy woke many Europeans to the fact that free speech and many of the other attributes of democracy that they take for granted are incompatible with Islam. Under relentless pressure of multiculturalism, Muslims and we are increasingly deciding that our way of life has to bow to theirs. This is the ultimate victory of Islam!!!
Not the fall of the Twin Towers or any single act of terrorism is as great a victory for Islam as when our own government and press repeat their propagandas and muzzle their critics. This represents the submission of the West to their rule…! It turns Islam into the only legally sanctioned religion in Western nations that have long instituted separations of the Church and State.
Islam cannot be criticized by any public figure(s) without violence quickly following?
Islam cannot be criticized by the press without violence quickly following?
No disrespect, real or perceived, towards Islam can be tolerated either?
This is the lesson Muslim violence is teaching in the West, and much of their media, politicians and clergy are quickly becoming obedient students. Criticism of Islam by individuals will get you condemned as a bigot by those peoples, who are, for all intents and purposes, collaborating with our new tyrants!
While entertainers, academics and pundits of a liberalized West are free to criticize and impugn Christianity and Judaism, Islam is a No-Go Zone!!! While Judaism and Christianity cannot be taught in schools of the liberal West, Islam can be and is...! Muslim religious artifacts can be displayed, Muslim religion taught and its holy books present, whereas those of other religions cannot. This elevates Islam to a special status. It gives Muslims power over other religions and they use that power to their whims!

HELP: I quit smoking recently and I'm having a hard time preoccupying myself?
I am riddled with OCD (not kidding). Although, granted I'm eccentric, my OCD comes in very weird forms. But when I took up smoking 2 years ago (combined with my meds), I calmed down, and my thoughts weren't RACING, like they are now. I quit 2 weeks ago, and every day is getting worse. My hands are literally trembling from the restlessness as I type this. Here are a few of my OCDs that have come back:1- I re-arrange things. But I'm never satisfied. After 45 mins to an hour, I must re-arrange again.
2- It's kinda like tourettes, but I have to say what's on my mind (without thinking it through first)
3- I go on spending sprees.
4- Can't sit still
Do any ex-smokers (possibly with OCD) have any advice?? This is super frustrating. And I don't want an answer like "just take another pill". Because that's so cliche.
Question #19:
Is there a link between these two versus in the Koran?
And the sun runs to a specific destination, such is the design of the Noble, the Knowledgeable. And the moon We have measured it to appear in stages, until it returns to being like an old curved sheath. The sun is not to overtake the moon, nor will the night precede the day; each of them is swimming in its own orbit. ( 36:38-40)The koran states that the sun 'swims' This claim is backed up by this quote.
[18.86] Until when he reached the place where the sun set, he found it going down into a black sea, and found by it a people. We said: O Zulqarnain! either give them a chastisement or do them a benefit.
Here is the context of the above quote:
[18.83] And they ask you about Zulqarnain. Say: I will recite to you an account of him.
[18.84] Surely We established him in the land and granted him means of access to every thing.
[18.85] So he followed a course.
[18.86] Until when he reached the place where the sun set, he found it going down into a black sea, and found by it a people. We said: O Zulqarnain! either give them a chastisement or do them a benefit.
Does that not imply that the sun swims in a muddy pond?
History: Many critics of islam use the muddy pool quote as a scientific fallacy of the koran. In response the islamic answer is that it;s not literal. But if one links the verse i provided with the muddy pond verse, then there is a clear connection.
Only intelligent answers please.
If i receive no answers from a learned islamic scholar, then why should i not believe that islam is refuted?
the two versus are not irrelevant. They both confirm that the sun 'swims.'
yes, you are right. the word Yasbahoon does relate to rotation. Thank you for using rational arguments. Peace.

Please, i want intelligent answers only.
I don't mean to incite hatred. I just want to know if their is a justification for this.
History: Many critics of islam use the muddy pool quote as a scientific fallacy of the koran. In response the islamic answer is that it;s not literal. But if one links the verse i provided with the muddy pond verse, then there is a clear connection.
If you are not learned in the koran, or only wish to incite hatred don't answer.
Unless you speak arabic, the consensus is that Yasbahoon means swimming.
yes, you are right about the word 'Yasbahoon'
ok i agree with you, sorry about that.
